A domain name is the individual name that identifies your web site out there on the World Wide Web.
There are several ways to approach this.
- If you have a well known business already and are happy to go with your business name – find a domain name as close to your business name as possible.
- Alternatively – a domain name with a good search term or short phrase could possibly be beneficial for search optimisation.
The domain name belongs to you, but I can organise the buying and implementation of your required domain. You can buy your own domain name should you wish. I use a UK company at LCN.com, if you are in UK they are a very helpful domain registration and web host company.
Alternatively many people use a company called GoDaddy to register domain names. (just to be totally “up-front” – that is an affiliate link of mine!)
The cost of the domain name is included in the initial package for the first term – usually two (2) years – but will have to be re–registered after the initial registration period has expired. We will automatically re–register the domain and hosting in your name and charge the registration to your business.
